For your reception we have a western style Pavilion with specialty lighting that includes string lights and surrounding landscape illumination. It is located near the creek and archway bridge. It has a fireplace, kitchen with an island and restroom. There are canvas panels with windows that can be rolled down if the weather so requires. If additional seating is required there is ample space for a beautiful white tent that you are responsible for reserving and the cost of the rental.
Included with Full Wedding Venue or the Intimate Wedding for an additional charge.
The Guest House is available to the bridal party for the bride and her bridesmaids before the wedding ceremony. It is also available for the newlyweds afterwards for an additional charge. This house includes a full kitchen, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Open Living/ Dining/ Kitchen, Front and Rear Porches with views.

The Game Room is available for the groom and groomsmen before the wedding ceremony. There is a pool table, poker table, shuffle table, etc. available to entertain the men and a bathroom as well.

A Wedding Coordinator is crucial to a successful wedding therefore we strongly advise brides to hire a professional. There are so many elements to a great wedding and we all want your special day to be full of wonderful memories without you having to stress over all the details. There are several types of professionals you could choose from all-inclusive service Wedding Planner, Wedding Coordinator, a Day-of-Coordinator, etc. These individuals should be well organized, familiar with vendors that service our area, and familiar with wedding details to keep your wedding day from becoming a stressful one.
PLEASE NOTE: WE REQUIRE A $1,000,000 DAY-OF-EVENT INSURANCE POLICY WITH TEXAS HILL COUNTRY VENUE LISTED AS THE ADDITIONAL INSURED. THIS POLICY IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT. THE COST IS AROUND $150 - $175.
